Vales HPP

The Vales Hydropower Plant (HPP), located in the Municipality of Vila Pouca de Aguiar, is sited on the Tinhela River and in the Chã do meio Stream (secondary intake), hydrographic basin of the Tua River, and started operation in 2009. The powerhouse discharges the turbined flows into the river Curros.
